<br />I. Druwings, specifications, information. and correspondence s.ubmitt~d in support of the permit
<br />application for this systen'l are incorporated into this permit and Imust be adhered to during
<br />installation and operation oftbc; system. I

<br />2. This permit docs not authorize lhe connection of this collection system to the designated WWTP.
<br />The permit shall not be construed to infer any assurance that thd necessary authorization for '
<br />cOlUlcetion shall be' granted. Any such authorization shall be granted. ~nly when adequate treatment,
<br />, in 3ccornancc with 'rules. regulations, and issued pennits of the l>epamhcnt is available for any flows
