The as-bum draWings shall identify <br />any deviations from lhe approved construction drawings. <br /> <br />Tho District reserves the right, upon prior notice to the Ponnmoe, to conduct on-site research to <br />assess the polJW;lnt removal efficiency of the surface water management system. The Permittee <br />may be required to coopGrate in this regard by allowing on-sito accesS by DIStrict representatIVes, <br />by a/lowing the installation and operation of testing and monitoring eq&iripment. and by aBowing <br />other assistance measures as needed on site. . <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />This modification, Construction Permit No. 44009659.001. amendS the prevIoUsly issued <br />Construction Pennlt No. 40009659.000, and adds conditions. All other original permit conditions <br />remain in effect. I <br /> <br />For the areas shown on the construction drawings as future outPa~. a perm it modification shall <br />be obtained for any construclion in thisllhese areas. As a reqUlremenJ of the permit modlfleatlon <br />for thiSlthese areas, the Permittee shall submit a Statement of Completion and as-bunt drawings. <br />, ! <br /> <br />The Oistrict, upon prior notice to the Permittee, may conduct on-slte Inspections to assess the <br />effectiveness of the erosion control barriers and other measures empJioyed to prevent violations of <br />state water quality standards and avoid downstream Impacts. Such bhrriers or other measures <br />should control discharges, erosion, and 5edlment transport during construction and thereafter. <br />The District win also determine any potential environmental problems that may develap as a msult <br />of leaving or remOVing tho barriers and other measures during constrUction or after construction of <br />the project has been completed. The Permittee must provlcle any remedial measures that are <br />needed. I . <br />I <br />I <br />If subdivision of the project area dictates the necessity for a commercial property owners <br />association to assume operation and maintenance responslblAty of ~ stormwater management <br />system, then draft property owners association documents shall be submitted to the District in <br />concurrence with the next construction pennit application for construction of the associated <br />outpareels and operation and maintenance responsibility will be transferred to the said property <br />assocJa~lon.
