<br />as authorized by law, utilizing the required Statement of Completion and RequestforTransfer. to Operation Entity
<br />form identified in Chapter 400-1, F.A.C;'Additionally,'if deviation from the approved drawings are discovered
<br />during the certification process the certification must be accompanied by a copy of the approved permit drawings'
