<br />OR HOT TUB, IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 530.4(0), PASCO COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT

<br />1. Construct around the swimming pool, spa or hot tub a MINIMUM FOUR FOOT, HIGH FENcE with self-
<br />closing, self-latchlng gates. ,The fence must not have any gaps, openings, .indentations, protrusions, or
<br />structural components that could aUow a young chDd to crawl under, squeeze through, or climb over the
<br />fence. Gates must open' outward'away from pool area The releasing mechanism of the latching device
<br />must be located on the pooIside of the gate Qnd so placed that it cannot be reached by a young child
<br />over the top or through any opening or gap. No opening in the fence may be large enough to admit a
<br />four-inch sphere" '
<br />2. Construct a screen enclosure around th8 swimming pool, spa or hOt tub with self-clOsing, self-latchlhg
<br />saeen doors. Latches on exterior Sae8n doors must be minimum 54 Inches from the exterior acx:ess.'

<br />to final Inspection of the pool, spa or hot tub. ' , ,

<br />and hisJher screen enclosure contractor (If applicable) to requ8st and successfully paIS a final inspection
