(Mr. Carter produced the Site <br />Plans and Permitting for our proposed 1200 sq. ft. (two story 2400 sq. ft.) bank expansion <br />at the above referenced location), to speak to your Consulting Engineer, Mr. David <br />Troemel, Kimley-Home Engineering, regarding the assessment of the Transportation <br />Impact Fees for this project. <br /> <br />Please note that the "purpose" for the proposed expansion is to create employee floor and <br />office space, and add additional restrooms for the existing bank personnel. <br /> <br />The expansion "will not increase" customer traffic, add or increase the drive-thru areas of <br />the bank, add any A TM services to the bank:, or otherwise increase customer related <br />banking services. <br /> <br />Therefore, we will not generate any additional traffic or trip rates to our existing business <br />operation. <br /> <br />We will be providing for a necessary increase in eXIstmg employee floor space, <br />restrooms, and storage facilities. Our Engineer, and Mr. Troemel, Kimley-Home <br />Engineering agree, that "no transportation impact fees are required" as a result of this <br />improvement to our bank. <br /> <br />We respectfully ask that you provide a brief written response to this letter.
