<br />you, rather than the contr~ctor, are responsible for the work. .If the contractor wishes
<br />you to sign as contractor that may be an indica1;ion that. he is not properly li.censed and is

<br />issued shall become invalid unless the work authori:>Qd by such permit is COIllIlIenced within
<br />six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit.is suspended or abandoned for 'a
<br />period ot six months after the t~ ..the work ia cOJimencad. One 90 day exteMion of time
<br />-y be a~.l.owed for the.permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested
<br />in writing to 'the Building Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each six
