Renove exsisting metal roof panels from roof deck. <br />2.) Replace damaged wood as necessary. ( see below). <br />3.) Install new 26ga. Galvalume eave drip, valley metal & flashing were required. <br />4.) Install new 26ga. Galvalume 5- V Crimp panels on deck with approved screws. <br />5.) Install new rake trim and pipe flange. <br />6.) Rear carport roof and fiberglass corrugated roof over iiont entrance not included in bid. <br />7.) Panel screws along eaves to penetrate through exposed soffit. <br />8.) Clean-up area and remove debris from premises. <br />9.) Provide pennit and warranty. <br /> <br />Note: Approx. start date 2-3 weeks from exceptance. <br /> <br />Standard conditional statements: <br /> <br />Deck damage is not the responsibility ofthe roofing contractor, unless specified in this agreement. Any repair or <br />replacement required will be an additional cost to owner/contractor at $55.00 per sheet of 112" plywood, $3.00 per <br />linear foot for IX. $3.50 per linear foot for tongue and groove; $4.00 per linear foot for 2" X 4". Larger dimension <br />wood 8I1d specialty woodwiU be at additional cost. <br /> <br />All materials are guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workman like manner according to <br />standard practices. Any alterations ordeviation from the above specifications involving extra cost will be executed <br />only upon written order and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements are <br />contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner required to carry fire, tornado, and other <br />necessary insurance. Should any indebtedness not paid in accordance with the terms ofthe proposal, the <br />undersigned customer agrees to pay all costs of collection including attorney's fees. <br /> <br />Rob Noojin Roofing will not be responsible for structural defects.
