<br />to commencement of construction.

<br />5. All private and all City property shall be restored to its originai condition as far al
<br />practical in the opinion of the City Building Offioial.

<br />6. All underground ~ssing installations shall be laid at such depth as may be specified
<br />,by the City Building Official. . ~

<br />7. Th~ sketch'covering the details ot this installation shall be made a part of this permit.
<br />This permit i8 granted with the understanding that the applicant has notified all other utility
<br />use;s in the area covered by the permit and takes full rbsponsibilitt for any damage incurred by
<br />prior installations as a result of his operations in order that they may safe guard thoir interest.

<br />8. It is expressly etipulated that this permit is'a license tor permissive uae\only and

<br />9. Whenever the City deoides to further expJoit the City Rights of Way, any or all of said
<br />poles, ~irea, pipes, cables, or other faoilities and appurtenanoes Authorized hereunder, shall be
<br />immediately removed from ad.d Rightl of Way, or reset or relooated thereon as required by the City'"

<br />10. The holder .hall lave and keep the City harmless from any and all damage8, claims, or
<br />injuries that may occur by:reason of the construction, maintenance, and operation of said facility.
<br />
<br />11. . The holderahall complete the requeeted work within 30 days or this permit ahall
<br />' become null and void! In the event 'the work requested 1s not completed upon the expiration ~ate '
<br />\ of this permit, the City ehall have'the right to complete suoh work and to charge the holder of
<br />the permit for all costs inour~ed in completi~g said work~ '

<br />12. The holder Ihal1 Post a caah or lurety bond with the City Manager in the 8um of $
<br />dollars to guarantee performance of the obligations horein, and to gUArantee maintenance of the
<br />right-of-way described herein for a period ot one (l~ year following completion of the requested
<br />.in8tallation. In the event a aurety bond 1a posted, the said 8uretybond shall be made payable to
<br />the City and shall obligate the surety to hold the City harmless in the event the holder of this '
<br />permit 'hould taU to meet any of it. Obligations herounder. The bond 8hall aho inde"'!lify the:,:.
