The holder sball save and keep the City barmless from any and all damages, claims, or injuries that may oeeur by reason of the ~truction, malntenanee, and operation of said facility. 11. In the event the work requested is not ~mpleted upon the expiration date of this permit, the City sball bave the right to ~mplete sucl1 work and to cl1arge the holder of the permit for all ~u ineurred in ~mpleting said work. 12. The holder sball post a cash or surety bond with the City Manager in the sum ofS doUan to guarantee perfol'llllUlee of the obligations herein., and to guarantee malntenanee of the right-of-way described herein for a period of one (1) year following ~mpletion of the requested installation. In the event a surety bond u posted, the surety bond sball be made payable to the City and sball obligate the surety to hold the City barmlen in the event the holder of this permit should fall to meet any of iu obligations hereunder.
