<br />A permit issued shallbe.construed.to be a license to proceed with the work ~nd not as
<br />authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technioal codes,
<br />nor shall issuance ot a peXDdt prevept the Buildinq Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />correction of e~ror8 in plans, construction, or violations of any code. ~very permit
<br />issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit i5 cOlllllleneed within
<br />six months of issuance, or it work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for'a
<br />period of six months after the time ,the work is c01im<mced. One 90 day extension of tillle
<br />_y be allowed for the'permit with fee charge ot $15,00, The extension shall be requested
<br />1n writing to'the Building Official. An approved inspection must be .logged ~uring each six
