Work will be done according to the general construction <br />specifications and codes. All work to be performed will be from the original work <br />order. (attached) <br />2) All material will be warranted and to be of good quality, free from faults and <br />defects for a period of one (1) year from the day of work completion. The work <br />will be performed and completed in a substantial and workman like manner for <br />the sum of twenty-four thousand nine-hundred fifty doll8!'S and no cents <br />(24,950,00). Payment schedule will be a.c; follows 50% (12,475.00) will be due to <br />start job and SOO.!a will be due on substantial completion. <br />3) CRS bond will start pulling permits necessary and have an electrical inspection <br />within three working days after first draw to begin, CRS will begin work <br />immediately after acquiring all necessary permits, <br />4) Owner will carry fire, theft and other necessary insurance on building to protect <br />materials, tools and work from any unforeseen circumstances, CRS <br />CONSTRUCTION will cmry public liability insurance and workman's <br />compensation on all CRS employees <br />5) CRS and its employees will keep a clean, safe workplace cleaning up after each <br />day. <br />6) Owner will allow CRS to have a COnstruction dumpster on job site. <br />7) Owner will give access to job site to any of eRS employees or subs of CRS <br />
