<br />The pool will be isolated from access to the home by an enclosure that meets the pool barrier
<br />requirements of Florida Statute 515.29;

<br />The pool will be equipped with an approved safety pool cover that complies with
<br />ASTM F1346-91 (Standard Performance Specifications for Safety Covers for Swimming Pools,
<br />Spas and Hot Tubs);
<br />
<br />All doors and windows providing direct access from the home to the pool and located withir '
<br />enclosure/fence required by the Pasco County Land Development Code, Section 530.4(0), .,
<br />be equipped with an exit alarm that has a minimum sound pressure rating of 85 decibels at 10
<br />feet;
<br />
<br />All doors providing direct access from the home to the pool and located within the
<br />enclosure/fence required by the Pasco County Land Development Code, Section 530.4(D), will
<br />be equipped with self~closing, self-latching devices with release mechanisms placed no lower
<br />than 54" above the floor or deck;
<br />
<br />I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT NOT HAVING AT LEAST ONE OF THE ABOVE INSTALLED AT
<br />THE TIME OF FINAL INSPECTION, OR WHEN THE POOL IS COMPLETED FOR CONTRACT
<br />PURPOSES, WILL CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF CHAPTER 515, F.S. AND WILL BE
<br />CONSIDERED AS COMMITTING A MISDEMEANOR OF THE SECOND DEGREE, PUNISHABLE BY
<br />FINES UP TO $500 AND/OR UP TO 60 DAYS IN JAIL AS ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER 775, F.S.

<br />I FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE OWNER AND/OR CONTRACTOR WILL
<br />COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS CONCERNING SWIMMING POOL, SPA AND/OR
<br />HOT TUB ENCLOSURES, IMMEDI-i\TELY UPON COMPLETION OF THE SWIMMING POOL, SPA

<br />2, Construct a screen enclosure a~~und the sWimming pool, sp~ or hot t~b with self-closing, self-latching
<br />scree~ doors. Latches on extenlbr screen doors must be minimum 54 Inches from the exterior access
<br />standing surface. All screen enclbsures require Building Permits.
<br />
<br />3, Provide and utilize an approved ,afety swimming pool, spa or hot tub cover that complies with ASTM
<br />F1346-91 (Standard Performanc~ Specifications for Safety Covers for Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot
<br />Tubs), S~ch cover must be capable of being securely fastened over the swimming pool, spa or hot tub
<br />when not In use.

<br />I FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREIE THAT one of the enclosures described above will be completed prior
<br />to final inspection of the pool, spa or hot tub.
