The subject property is to be located at <br />the SW corner of the intersection of Green Slope Drive and Laurel <br />Hammock. Please be advised that the approved site plan has expired as of <br />August 16,2005. <br /> <br />As we discussed, staffhas no objections with providing an extension. <br />However, the current plan would need to comply with current regulations. <br />The only code that has been modified is the landscaping ordinance. <br />Therefore, my recommendation is that we approve the time extension and <br />that you may proceed with the permitting of the project with the condition <br />that your landscape architect coordinate with myself to discuss some minor <br />modifications to the landscaping and that no other modifications occur per <br />the approved site plan without the City's consent. <br /> <br />A copy ofthe City's present landscaping code in on-line at <br />www.ci.zephvrhills.f1.us. Link to the Development services option and then <br />Land Development Code. You will see a separate link at the bottom for <br />Landscaping. I will copy this letter to our Building Department and your <br />new expiration date shall be May 10, 2006.
