THIS MEANS IF A <br />LIEN IS FILED YOUR PROPERTY COULD BE SOLD AGAINST YOUR WILL TO PAY <br />FOR LABOR, MATERIALS, OR OTHER SERVICES THAT YOUR CONTRACTOR OR <br />A SUBCONTRACTOR MAY HAVE FAILED TO PAY.
