The change now appears at the top of each <br />page in the www.zephvrhills,net site. <br /> <br />Section G: <br /> <br />Item 1: There are no existing towers to meet applicant's needs without unreasonable cost and re- <br />engineering for which the company owning the tower will not discuss as the tower is at max antenna <br />load at this time, <br /> <br />Items 2&3: Tower specifications state that additional antenna may be mounted on the proposed <br />structure to accommodate co-location, We intend to allow co-location. <br /> <br />Section H: <br /> <br />Item 1: FCC and or FAA have stated that no lights are needed at the proposed structural height. <br />The proposed structure will not be lit. <br /> <br />Item 2: The proposed structure will be the factory galvanized finish, <br /> <br />Item 3: The proposed tower will be constructed as per Rhon's (manufacturer) approved national <br />standard ANSI/ETA-222-E-1991 (no ice), <br /> <br />Item 4: The proposed structure will be located inside a private, locked, 6' high fenced area and an <br />8' high chain link fence will be constructed around the structure if deemed necessary by the City. <br /> <br />Item 5: The proposed structure will be located behind a building and landscaped on all other sides <br />to impede the visual impact to the owner as well as the public. <br /> <br />Item 6: No signs or advertising will be placed on the tower structure. <br /> <br />Item 7: If possible the proposed structure will be constructed to provide Osprey Nesting. <br /> <br />Item 8: It is our intention to meet all building codes and/or the minimum development criteria. <br /> <br />Item 11: Vpon final approval of the constructed tower the existing telescoping television mast, <br />currently used for communication, will be removed. <br />
