<br />The pool will be isolated from access to the home by an enclosure that meets the pool barrier
<br />requirements of Florida Statute 515.29: .

<br />The pool will be equipped with an approved safety pool cover that complies with
<br />~ l:M F1348-91 (Standard Performance Specifications for Safety Covcrs for Swimming Pools,
<br />-... (T'J yI\ pas and Hot TUbs); .
<br />~, All doors and windows providing direct access from the home to the pool and located within the
<br />enclosurelfence rcquired by the Pasco County Land Development Code, Section 530.4(0), will
<br />be equipped with an exit alarm that has a minimum sound pressure rating of 65 decibols at 10
<br />reet; .

<br />All doors providing direct access from the home to the pool' and located within the
<br />enclosure/fence required by the Pasco County Land Development Code. Section 530.4(0), will
<br />be equipped with self-closing, self-lalching devices with release mechanisms placed no lower
<br />than 54" above the floor or deck;

<br />I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT NOT HAVING AT LEAST ONE OF THE ABOVE INSTALLED AT
<br />THE TIME OF FINAL INSPECTION, OR WHEN THE POOL IS COMPLETED FOR CONTRACT
<br />PURPOSES, WILL CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF CHAPTER 515, 'F.S, AND WILL BE
<br />. CONSIDERED AS COMMITIING A MISDEMEANOR OF THE SECOND DEGREE, PUNISHABLE BY
<br />FINES UP TO $500 AND/OR UP TO 60 DAYS IN JAIL AS ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER 775, F.S.
<br />
<br />I FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE OWNER ~ND/OR CONTRACTQR WilL
<br />COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS CONCERNING SWIMMING POOL, SPA AND/OR
<br />HOT TUB ENCLOSURES, IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION OF THE SWIMMING POOL. SPA
<br />OR HOT TUB, IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 530.4(0), PASCO COUNli' LAND DEVELOPMENT
<br />CODE;.

<br />Construct 3. screen enclosure around the swimming pool, Spil or hot tub with self-closing, self-latching
<br />screen doors, Latches on exterior screen doors must be minimum 54 inches from the exterior access
<br />standing surface. All screen enclosures requite Building Permits,
<br />
<br />Provide and utilize an approved safety swimming pool, spa or hat tub cover that complies with ASTM
<br />F1348-91 (Standard Performance Specification3 for Safety Cover!;> for Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot
<br />rubs), Sl;Icl1cover must be capable of being securely fastened over the swimming pool, spa or hot tub
<br />,when not 10 use.
