<br />Board of Adjustment Meeting <br />April 11, 2006 <br />Page Two Continued <br /> <br />(2) Steven & Kimberly Pursley, property owners, 5452 9th Street, <br />variance request for north side setback of five feet to <br />erect above ground pool. <br /> <br />Steven & Kimberly Pursley addressed the Board regarding their <br />variance request. <br /> <br />After lengthy discussion, involving numerous questions and <br />possibilities, the board decided to vote. A motion was made by Jim <br />Winslow to accept the variance request with conditions that a <br />privacy fence be installed in a timely manner in conjunction with <br />the completion of the pool and that when property owners leave or <br />sell the property that the pool be removed. Seconded by Gary <br />Hatrick and passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 4:27 p.m. <br />
