<br />licensing requirements may apply far the intended wark, they are advised to. cantact the
<br />City af Zephyrhills Building Department, 813-780-0020.
<br />Furthermare, if the ewner has hired a contractar ar cantractars, he is advised to. have the
<br />cantractar(s) sign pa~tians af the "Cantractar Sectians" af this ~pplicatian far which they
<br />will be respansible. If you, as the awner signs as the cantractar, you are indicating that
<br />yeu, rather than the cantractar, are respansible far the wark. .If the cantractar wishes
<br />yeu to. sign as centracter that may be an indicatian that he is nat preperly licensed and is
<br />nat entitled to. permitting privileges in the City af Zephyrhills.

<br />issued shall beceme invalid unless the werk autherized by such permit is cemmenced within
<br />six menths ef issuance, er if werk autherized by the permit is suspended er abandaned fer la
<br />peried ef six menths after the time. the werk is commenced. One 90 day extension af time
<br />may be allewed fer the permit with fee charge af $15.00. The extensian shall be requested
<br />in writing te.the Building Official. An appreved inspectien must be legged during each six
<br />manth periad, er the project will be considered abandaned.
