~~\ I)

0~gl.\

CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC.

December 15, 2006
File No. 06-187

C&N Foundation Technologies
PO Box 1207
San Antonio, FL 33576

Attention:

Mr. John Casario

Subject:

Underpinning Completion, Tourist Club of Zephyrhills, 5216 7th Street,
Zephyrhills, Florida, Underpinning Plan, Dated November 29, 2006

Dear Mr. Casario:

As requested, representatives of our firm performed a site visit at the subject project. In
attendance were representatives of WRS Consulting Engineers and your underpinning
crew. The results of the project are outlined herein.

PROJECT BACKGROUND

Our office reviewed the information you supplied for the subject project. Specifically, we
understand that settlement has occurred to the structure and adjacent sidewalk caused by
erosion that was related to the adjacent retention pond.

Eighteen (18) underpins were installed. These underpins were utilized to reposition and
stabilize the general north portion of the structure on December 14, 2006. Total "lift" to the
structure was on the order of 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Note, the depth of the pins varied from 15
to 45 feet.

Based on the results of the underpinning activities, together with the field data developed,
it is our professional opinion that the underpinning operation re-positioned and/or stabilized
the out-of-Ievel wall(s) of the general northwest portion of the residence. This work was
performed in accordance with the subject underpinning plan.

We trust the enclosed information will satisfy your immediate needs. Please do not
hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions or require additional information.

Very truly yours,
WRS CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC.

illiam R.
