Regulations for wall signs. Wall signs shall be allowed in nonresidel1tial districts <br />provided the fullowmg specific regnlations are met, in addition to the general regnlations <br />stated above: <br /> <br />a. The maximum allowahle sign stmcture area for ",all signage shall not <br />exceed one and a half (1~) square feet per linear foot of establishment frontage, <br />excluding parking garages, facing a public street. One (I) wall sign shall be permitted for each establishment in a multiple. <br />occupancy parcel. Establishments located at a comer shall be allowed one (I) wall <br />sign for each side of the establishment that faces a public street. <br /> <br />3.
