He has advised me that they have had <br />discussions with Mr. Bolender in an effort to have him remove the <br />fence that he installed, which blocks their access easement. Mr. <br />Bolender's position is that he will move the fence when a judge tells <br />him to do so. Mr. Bochis has advised me that they have turned the <br />matter over to outside counsel and that litigation will be forthcoming <br />against Mr. Bolender.
