<br />portions of the "contractor Block" of this apptIcatIon for which they wIH be responaIbIe. If you, as the owner sign as the
<br />contractor, that may be jlR indication that he Is not property ncensed and Is not entitled to permitting privlIeges In Pasco

<br />TRANSPORTATION IMPACTIUTlUTlES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned unders1ands
<br />that Transpor1atiOn Impact Fees and Recounse Recovery Fees may apply to the construcIIOn of new buldlngs, change of
<br />use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buIkIIngs, as specIlIed In Pasco County OnIInance number 89-07 and
