When insurance companies <br />renew G/L policies and the City is listed as a Certificate Holder we are sent an update. This <br />update is entered in our computer system. The hard copy is thrown away. As we do not <br />have the space to store it. I do not have a hard copy of the 2-17-08. <br /> <br />I do have a hard copy of the G/L which expired on 2-17-07 which was included in a previous <br />permit. See attached. It is possible that in processing this permit, the insurance company <br />set the City as a Certificate Holder for future automatic notifications of renewals and that is <br />1 <br />
