My comments have been placed below. Please contact me if you <br />have any questions with reg8l'ds to my comments. <br /> <br />1. Wall separating the QCcupancies shall be confirmed to be a compliant :firewall <br />with all penetrations sealed with fire rated caulk. <br />2. Electric room shall have a 1 hour fire wall. <br />3, There is nothing noted about sprinkler and fire alarm upgrades due to the change <br />of occupancy and remodeled space. <br />4. Panic hardware required on secondary exit doors. <br />5, Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with NFPA 10. <br />6. Add emergency lighting in restrooms. <br />7. Have all emergency lighting and exit lighting on separate breaker. <br />8. If storage is to he located under canopy) automatic sprinkler system shall be <br />extended into that area, <br /> <br />Note: If it is the opinion of the architect that there needs to be no modification: to the <br />sprinkler of fire alarm system, a letter will be required from the fire alann and sprinkler <br />companies stating that the clUTent system is designed to the new floor plan and complies <br />with current code for that occupancy. <br />
