My comments have been placed below. Please contact me if you have any <br />questions with regards to my comments. <br /> <br />Inspections Required: <br /> <br />1. I will not be conducting any inspections during the installation process at this <br />facility; however, I will be requesting copies of all DEP inspections that are <br />performed through the State at the time of your final inspection to reopen the <br />facility. <br /> <br />2.
