My comments have been placed below. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions with regards to my comments. <br /> <br />1. Tent and sides to have flame rating on tent. <br />2. Certified fire extinguisher on site. <br />3. No smoking signs placed around the tent. <br />4. Adequate exit access and egress provided. <br />5. If providing lighting, bulbs shall have cages and wiring shall be positioned in a <br />safe manner. <br />6. If a generator is used, it shall b e a minimum. of 30' away from tent/stand. <br />7. Aisles shall be maintained for accessibility. <br />8. All appropriate paperwork shall be on site. <br /> <br />Inspections required: <br /> <br />1. Site/tent inspection required before opening to public. This inspection is required <br />for an approved permit. <br />
