<br />permlltlng. Ills further understood that Transportation Impacl Fees end Resource Recovery Fees must be paid prtor to
<br />receMng a "certlOcate of occupancy" or fmal power release. If Ihe project does nOllnvolve a certificate of occupancy or
<br />final power release. the fees must be paid prior to permit lasuence. Furthermore. If Pasco County Water/Sewer Impact
