We believe that the building plans submitted meet FBC H)6. <br />2, Please find the geotech' s soils report which may have bee.n inadvertently been omitted from <br />the application). My suspicion is that this is the missing piece that your building comment is <br />referencing. <br />3. Soils shall be treated for termites and compacted per Florida law. <br />4. Design loads for the roof are expected on the truss designer's drawings. The balance of the <br />structure complies with the 110 mph FBC wind zone requirements. <br />5. We believe that the building envelope, foundation, wall and floor systems and stair design is <br />documented on the plans.
