If Metal Systems <br />becomes involved in this manner, it is absolutely necessary that Metal Systems be <br />furnished with detailed, accurate information and drawings regarding the project prior to <br />assistance. <br />Metal Systems Inc. can assist customers in determining the amount and length of material <br />required for the project, but it is the customers responsibility to review and verify the <br />material required to complete the project. Metal Systems will not be held accountable for <br />incorrect lengths and quantities. <br /> <br />PRIOR TO ORDERING AND INSTALLING MATERIALS, ALL DIMENSIONS <br />SHOULD BE VERIFIED BY FIELD MEASUREMENTS. <br /> <br />Material Oualitv: <br />Metal Systems Inc. sells "Secondary" material, (this implies that although much of the <br />material sold may have imperfections it is usually not noticable when placed beside <br />"Prime" material, but there will be occasions that a coil will have blemished areas). It is <br />extremely important that the customer makes sure that all material for the project is <br />ordered at said time. Metal Systems will make every effort to match colors, however <br />in purchasing "Secondary" material the color choice can not be controlled. What Metal <br />Systems has is what Metal Systems sells. <br /> <br />Securing Loads: <br /> <br />CUSTOMERS MUST TIE DOWN THEIR OWN LOAD. <br /> <br />METAL SYSTEMS INC, ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS AFTER <br />THEY LEAVE OUR SHOP. <br /> <br />UPON REQUEST, METAL SYSTEMS WILL ASSIST WITH LOADING OF <br />CUSTOMERS PURCHASE. <br /> <br />CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE SURE TO ORDER ENOUGH MATERIAL THE FIRST <br />TIME, A $15 RE-SET UP FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ORDERS THAT ARE <br />SHORT. <br /> <br />6/01198 <br />
