Three (3/8" diameter) bafEIed weep holes were located on the <br />bottqmrail of the- screen, one weep in tbe center and one 5-3/4" from each end. <br /> <br />Sealant: <br />Silicone sealant was applied to all the following areas: <br />· Entire bottom of the sill to buck intersection. , <br />.. Screw heads bole openings used tor anchorage of the frame to buck. <br />· Exterior and interior of frame to buck intersection. <br />.. A~" woad Shfm around the perimeter of the frame secured to the frame. <br />· Cover flange at the sill and header on the exterior of the frame was sealed to the <br />frame/flange intersection and the flange was also sealedto the buck/flange intersection, <br /> <br />Aneborage: <br />A ~~" wood shim was attached with silicone to the perimeter of the buck frame. Two <br />additional W' wood sbimstrips were attached at ea,chjambscrewattachment to the wood <br />buck. The frame was attached to the buck using 2" long wood. screws. along with silicone at <br />thp. Each set of screws were attached <br />parallel to each other. Thee:aerior of the sill then <br />used a trim attachment and was secured to the frame sill and buck using silicone. <br />
