<br />Kishore Peter Project <br /> <br />Friday - 12/28 - Mr. Kishore Peter will be coming in with a contractor. It is my <br />understanding he will be converting the space back to it's original layout. Taking the two <br />individual spaces into one (opening doorway). <br /> <br />1. Need to check to see if contractor is registered in our system. <br />2. Building fee $17.50 was based on $500.00 valuation. Will need Kalvin to review <br />plan and check valuation to see if additional fee is needed for charge. <br />3. Fire Dept fee.. .no additional fee. The amount charged for initial plan is for <br />permit (99.12) per Kerry. <br />a. Kerry is ok with leaving front new door. <br />b. OK to leave one door blocked but the 2nd door needs to be re-opened..i.e. <br />archway <br />
