We owe the City a final fee for impact or permits, I don't recall exactly, but if your staff could prepare an invoice then
I could begin the process to get it paid.
2. We would like to start placing some of the furniture in during December, do you have any problem letting us do this
prior to the CO being issued.
3. December is an awful month for construction, but somewhere along the line I would like to have an open house,
would you have any problem allowing me to have an open house prior to the C O?
4. Do you have any checklist or procedures I need to be aware of as we near completion in anticipation of a CO
sometime in January?

I understand that the dining room wiring has all been replaced with metallic flexible conduit and I was advised that you
have approved it. Please tell me that is correct?

The landscaping will be the last part to be completed, but we have contracted with a company and they are in process
of assembling the necessary' plant materials.

Thanks for your assistance. I think this project will be a facility that the city can be very proud of as we provide a
needed service to our seniors.

Dennis E.
