They do not need the ROW permits to place the entryway signage.
Billy

From: Karen Miller
Sent: Thursday, May 17, 2007 2:00 PM
To: Billy Poe
Cc: Greg Yurcus; Shane LeBlanc; Rick Moore; Todd Vandeberg; Jacqueline Bages; Bobbie Swetland
Subject: Hidden River - Entrance Sign

This email is in response to our discussion on whether a Right-of-Way use permit from the
County and City be required for the entrance sign permit. It is understood that we would
not require R-O-W permits from either (County or City) for the sign permit. This entrance
sign will not be placed in the R-O-W.

The Planning dept will still require a R-O-W from the County for the project. Each
residence will require a R-O-W from the City which can be applied at the time the building
permit is applied for.

'l(p.ren :Miffer
City of Zephyrhills - Building Dept
813-780-0020 ext. 3513
813-780-0021 Fax
kmi Iler@ci.zephyrhills.fl.us

Cc: G.
