I have attached the comments for the plan approval. If there are any questions <br />please contact my office at 813-780-0041. <br /> <br />1. Building construction shall be in compliance with the Florida Fire Prevention . <br />Code. <br />2. Separate plans are required to be submitted to obtain a permit for the sprinkler <br />system. Plans shall be in accordance to the edition (2007) ofNFP A 13. Plans <br />shall provide calculations, all details and specs. <br />3. Separate plans are required to be submitted to obtain a permit for the alarm <br />system for sprinkler monitoring. Plans shall be in accordance to the latest <br />edition (2007) ofNFP A 72. Plans shall provide battery calculations, all <br />details and specs. Copy of certificate of monitoring company also will be <br />required. <br /> <br />Inspections Required <br /> <br />1. AIl rated walls shall be inspected. Each layer of rated drywall shall have a screw <br />inspection prior to being taped and mudded. <br />2. AIl fire dampers located in rated wails shall be inspected for installation and <br />operation. <br />3. AIl penetrations in rated walls shall be inspected. <br />4. AIl life safety and critical lighting shall be checked. <br />5. Additional inspections will be associated with other permits that are required. <br />6. Overall remodel finaL <br />
