Record NOC and obtain all required permitting. <br />2. Tear-off existing roof system down to deck substrate and re-nail roof deck to meet <br />State Of Florida Building Code. <br />3. Provide and install new 30# felt underlayment, nailed to meet local code requirements. <br />4. Provide and install new ALUMINUM drip edge around entire perimeter, matching the <br />existing face dimension. Color:;i~i~ <br />5. Provide and install new GAF/ELK starter strip at drip edge system. <br />6. Provide and install a new 30-year GAF/ELK Timberline Prestique high definition <br />shingle with stain guard. Color:;. <br />7. Strike lines to ensure a uniform shingle installation. <br />8. Provide and install20-feet of Owens Corning Sure Vent (ridge ventilation) on ridges. <br />Vent will be covered with ridge cap shingle to match roof system. <br />9. Provide and installl02-feet ofGAF/ELK SARridge cap. <br />10. Provide and install new 16" valley metal in all valleys. Prior to the installation of the <br />valley metal, we install an additional layer of underlayment protection. <br />11. Provide and install 3 new lead boots at plumbing vents. Boots will be painted to match <br />specified roof color. <br />12. Sweep magnets around the perimeter area of work to collect loose nails, staples, and <br />other various scrap sheet metal components. <br />13. Haul away all roof-related debris. <br />14. Our liability insurance coverage is based on completed operations. <br />15. Provide a 20-year GAFIELK weather stopper system plus limited warranty with <br />upgraded wind warranty up to 110 MPH (Free of charge). <br />16. Provide a 5-year workmanship warranty. <br />17.
