Reck <br />~ffiC ~s Manager <br /> <br />\,/UU <br /> <br />REFERENCES: Right-Of-Way Use <br />Permit # 27650 & 27651 <br /> <br />The Traffic Operations Division has reviewed the permit as requested; the permit is <br />approved with the following conditions. <br /> <br />1. The permittee shall provide traffic control per F,D.O.T. standards in all work areas. <br /> <br />2. The permittee shall not damage or remove any traffic control devices. If a traffic control <br />sign needs to be removed or relocated, the permittee shall contact the Pasco County <br />Public Works Department at or 352-521-4246. <br /> <br />3. The permittee shall repair or replace to F.D.O.T. standards, any and all damaged traffic <br />control devices at their expense. <br /> <br />4. Prior to proceeding with the installation of traffic control devices on this project, the <br />permittee shall submit for approval the materials they intend to use. Enclosed you will <br />also find a Traffic Control Devices Submittal Form, the permittee shall fill out and return <br />three originals for approval. Upon approval two will be returned to the permittee for their <br />records. <br /> <br />5. If the permittee proposes to close any lanes of a roadway, the following conditions <br />apply. Lane closures on any collector or arterial roadway shall not be permitted during <br />the hours of 6AM to 9AM and 4PM to 7PM. lanE;! dosures within any school zone or <br />within 500 feet of a school zone shall not be permitted from 1 hour before to 1 hour after <br />the starting and ending times for the school.
