According to the
City of Zephyrhills, the Right of Way use permit was approved by the County for the main entrance
sign because the entrance sign is on County property, but there was no ROW use permit for the fence
or village entry signs for the Boulevard as it is inside the city limits. I have submitted all necessary
paperwork to complete the permitting process for Silverado and I was assured by Bill Burgess at the
City of Zephyrhills that he has reviewed the plans previously and it should only take a few days to get
the ROW use approvedfor the Blvd. because that will need to go back through the planning
department. The original building permit was only approved for the main entrance sign so a new
application was submitted and according to Mr. Burgess this should not be a problem because it is
only a matter of reissuing a revised permit with the additional signs, columns and fencing
documented. The additional work was in the original plans but not documented on the original permit
application.

Go figure! We have re-
submitted our plans for the entire permit today with all the required information. We should have our
permits by beginning of next week. Schedule staking of the entry monument and the first two village
signs for Wed of next week and we can confirm that date on Monday.

April, update us on Monday of status.

5/18/2007
