Although they will modify the indoor air through ventilation (air exchange) they <br />are not designed too cool or lower the air temperature. I am looking specifically at exemption 13-101.5.3. The addition to the <br />warehouse will neither be heated or cooled, however we will be ventilating the space. This is a mechanical <br />system designed to modify the indoor temperature, but only by moving ambient air through the building. Does this <br />building fall under this exemption?
