I have attached the comments for the plan approval. If there are any <br />questions please contact my office at 813-780-0041. <br /> <br />1. Building construction shall be in compliance with the Florida Fire Prevention <br />Code. <br />2. Install knox box on front of building near entrance at a height of6'. Location <br />can be determined once construction is near the end by contactor and Fire <br />Marshal. An application has been provided. <br />3. Address on front units shall be 6" in height. <br />4. Separate plans are required to be submitted to obtain a permit for the sprinkler <br />system. Plans shall be in accordance to the edition (2007) ofNFPA 13. Plans <br />shall provide calculations, all details and specs. FDC for sprinkler system <br />shall be a single 5" Stortz outlet with cap. <br />5. Plans are required to be submitted to obtain a permit for the alarm system for <br />sprinkler monitoring. Plans shall be in accordance to the latest addition of <br />NFP A 72. Plans shall provide battery calculations, all details and specs. Copy <br />of certificate of monitoring company also will be required. <br />6. Plans are required to be submitted for any gas installation with all details and <br />specs associated with the install. <br />7. Extinguishers shall be relocated in upper area to location at either end by <br />stairs. Lower level extinguishers shall be located; 1 at rear door, 1 at front <br />area, 1 by electrical and 1 centrally located across from electrical. <br /> <br />Inspections Required <br /> <br />1. Building Final <br />2. Additional inspections will be associated with other permits that are required. <br />
