This Letter is in
reference to the illegal sign that has been built on above
described property. The agreement you made with the Building Dept
to make this situation right is not what is on your place of
business. The agreement was to remove the word service completely,
only leaving the word computer and then painting the background
grey to match the building color.

The City Of Zephyrhills has offered the opportunity to correct
this chargeable offense. The sign ordinance was created to give
the businesses of our city an equal playing field and to protect
the aesthetics of our community, not to punish. The City Of
Zephyrhills shall require you to bring your signage into
compliance before July 27ili 2008.

In accordance with city ordinance, failure to make the necessary
corrections in the allotted time may result in the issuance of a
citation and fines up to $500.00 dollars that can be compounded
daily.

If you have any questions please call, 813-780-0020.

Sincerely,

Gene Brown
Code Enforcement Officer
