Obtaining permit, the applicant <br /> acknowledges complying with the items listed below. Should anyone have any <br /> questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Fire rated barriers /walls shall remain intact. Any penetrations shall be done so <br /> in accordance with a UL listing to m maintain the rating. <br /> 2. Doors that have designated exit signs above shall swing in direction of travel <br /> to egress, Door swings shall swing in out in those areas (conference room). <br /> 3. Certified fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance of NFPA 10 for <br /> office use. Install one at each exit door (front and back). <br /> 4. This building has a fire alarm system. Fire alarm system shall be modified to <br /> accommodate additional business. Plans shall be submitted by alarm <br /> contractor to obtain permit to perform this task. Fire alarm devices shall be <br /> addressable to that location (business). Zone map also will have to be <br /> modified. <br /> 5. Ensure unit is addressed properly on main door. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Final <br /> 2. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole iebponsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
