Obtaining permit, the applicant acknowledges <br /> complying with the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not <br /> hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Batteries shall be dated. <br /> 2. Telephone jacks shall be labeled. <br /> 3. Breaker to alarm panel shall be noted inside alarm panel and also locked in the <br /> "on" position. <br /> 4. Strobes shall remain on when system is silenced. <br /> 5. Knox box required. Application provided. Knox is mounted at a height of 6' <br /> at the main door. This is required wherever a business has a fire alarm and/or <br /> sprinkler system. <br /> 6. Devices shall be labeled and identified. <br /> 7. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance.
