Panic hardware shall be installed on exit doors. <br /> 2. Install additional emergency lighting in handicap restrooms and in break <br /> room. <br /> 3. There is no UL listing for the rated wall. Fax the UL lisd assembly to this <br /> office for review /inspection purpose. Ensure the wall is built to the listing <br /> submitted. <br /> 4. Ensure door into room that is rated has the same fire rating of 1 hour. <br /> 5. Ensure unit is addressed properly on main door. <br /> 6. If A/C units are 2000 cfm's or more, duct detectors will be required with <br /> remote key switches to reset units. <br /> 7. Install smoke detector, hardwired w/battery backup, outside of utility and <br /> restroom area. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Firewall (to ensure it is properly sealed and no penetrations) <br /> 2. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance.
