Obtaining permit, the applicant acknowledges complying with <br /> the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to <br /> contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Install additional emergency lighting in handicap restrooms. <br /> 2. Fire sprinkler system will have to be modified. Plans shall be submitted to <br /> obtain permit to perform this work. Plans shall be submitted by sprinkler <br /> contractor. <br /> 3. Fire alarm system will have to be modified. Duct detector shall be connected <br /> and properly zoned to that unit (address). Pull stations hall also be zoned for <br /> the same. Plans shall be submitted to obtain permit to perform work. Plans <br /> shall be submitted by fire alarm contractor. <br /> 4. Master key for unit shall be supplied at final to be placed in Knox Box on <br /> front of building. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Firewall (screw inspections and final) <br /> 2. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plan are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of noncompliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibilitylfor the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
