Paying for permit the contractor acknowledges to <br /> comply with the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not <br /> hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. "As builts" will br required at time of acceptance test showing following <br /> changes: <br /> A. Change NFPA 72 to 2007 edition (City has ordinance adopting most <br /> recent edition of a code) <br /> B. Change NFPA 101 to the 2006 edition <br /> C. Change the FL Fire Prevention Code to the 2007 edition <br /> 2. Knox box does not have to be tied into system. If not tied in show on "as <br /> builts" <br /> 3. Install tampers on double backflow preventor and tie into system. <br /> 4. Monitoring company shall be a UL listed company. Copy of certificate can be <br /> presented at acceptance test. <br /> 5. Date batteries in panel <br /> 6. Label telephone jacks <br /> 7. Mark panel cover as to where breaker is located for system. <br /> 8. Breaker for system shall be locked in the on position with a breaker lock and <br /> shall also be labeled. <br /> 9. Provide zone map at panel. <br />
