Any change from the signed plans and <br /> specifications must be in writing and must be paid for at the time the change is <br /> agreed upon. If the change is a deletion the amount shall be credited against the <br /> final payment. There will be a $250.00 administration fee for each change order. <br /> Commencement Date and Protection <br /> • The contract amount has been determined as of the Contract date. Because of <br /> periods of inflation in the building industry, Builder will only guarantee that <br /> amount for 45 days from Contract date. If any problems arises which delays <br /> commencement through no fault of Builder, there may be an additional amount <br /> added to contract. This figure will be determined at the time that construction <br /> commences. At that time, if Builder requests a price increase in writing, Owner <br /> has the firm option of canceling the Contract by a letter in writing to Builder <br /> within ten (10) calendar days from the date increase is requested. <br /> -2- <br />
