Please note that this review does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By paying for permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. Tent and tent sides shall have the certification showing the flame retardant rating imprinted or stitched into the tent. 2. Tent guidelines shall be followed. 3. Ensure that all people buying fireworks fill out the required paperwork. Copies shall be made of that paperwork for the this office. Inspections Required: 1. Tent Inspection — all items shall be ready for display and guideline check sheet completed. Inspection shall be conducted prior to opening to public. 2.
