ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS <br /> Sears offers to furnish the materials and arrange for their delivery and installation as specified on the first page and /or <br /> 4 e specification sheets for the TOTAL PRICE shown. This offer must be approved by the Installation Department. If this . yrnent on completion sale, it must be approved by the Credit Sales Department.
