Please note that <br /> this review does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving <br /> forward. By paying for permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed <br /> below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire <br /> Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Plans for permit required by fire sprinkler and fire alarm contractor for <br /> modifications within the space. <br /> 2. Install emergency light in restroom(s). <br /> 3. Ensure there are 2 certified fire extinguishers. Extinguishers shall be within <br /> 75' of each other. <br /> 4. Firewall shall be fire caulked at roof. Firewall shall be labeled as such. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Screw inspection for firewall <br /> 2. Firewall Final <br /> 3. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
