Prior to the issuance of a C.O., the applicant / owner shall provide the City Planning Department with a copy of <br /> the recording of the dedicated 10' of property on the south side of Daughtery Road to the public; <br /> A 2 Prior to any construction, applicant / owner shall apply for tree removal permit and have all code required tree <br /> 01 �, 6'�' barricades in place around any trees to remain; <br /> q€. 3.) Provide to the City Planning Department the funds to be placed in escrow for a future sidewalk along the south <br /> ' side of Daughtery Road based on estimate from the engineer; <br /> 4.) Dumpster pad / enclosure shall be field located and coordinated with City maintenance yard and comply with <br /> City enclosure specifications; <br /> 5.) All City codes and regulations shall be complied with; <br /> 6.) Upon completion of construction, site engineer and landscape architect shall conduct a site inspection and then <br /> provide City Planning department with a certification letter that all construction is in compliance with approved <br /> plans.
